Job Summary
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels while providing accurate information regarding products, services, accounts, or concerns. Resolve issues professionally, assist with sales inquiries and recommendations, and process requests, documentation, appointments, or order updates. Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems, coordinate with internal teams, and meet established productivity and quality targets. Work independently in a fast-paced environment using Microsoft Office and business software, adhering to company policies and confidentiality standards.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant customer service or client-facing experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Professional, patient, and customer-focused approach
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and other business software
- Good attention to detail and documentation skills
- Able to work independently while being a strong team player
- Willingness to learn new systems, products, and processes
