Job Summary
Own AI solutions throughout their full lifecycle, from early idea and use case definition to development, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning. Build, test, improve, and maintain practical, secure, and measurable AI solutions while ensuring alignment with business goals, compliance requirements, and long-term sustainability. Act as a connector between business and technology, helping colleagues understand AI applications, creating momentum around adoption, and balancing speed, quality, and governance. This hands-on role combines technical execution with product ownership to turn needs into real, working solutions across the organization. This is a Nordic role with flexibility in location (Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, or Helsinki) and some expected travel. The position is based in partnership with Aliby – The Pink Company.
Required Qualifications
- hands-on experience building AI-driven solutions, prototypes, or internal tools
- strong prompting skills and experience using AI tools to create agents, workflows, and automations
- comfortable working with modern AI tooling, including low-code/no-code and orchestration platforms such as n8n or similar
- understand how to take a use case from idea to working solution
- thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance innovation with stability and risk control
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI
- Experience working across business, AI, and technical teams
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI services and platforms
- Exposure to lightweight scripting such as Python or JavaScript
- Experience from retail, QSR, or multi-unit operations
