Job Summary
Drive AI adoption across development teams by creating training programs, workshops, and hands-on labs that teach engineers practical tool usage. Build high-quality enablement content including documentation, tutorials, videos, and reference implementations to translate AI capabilities into developer workflows for code generation, debugging, and system understanding. Partner with platform and engineering teams to establish best practices, gather feedback on adoption friction, and improve the internal AI developer experience. This hands-on role focuses on helping engineering teams successfully adopt AI-enabled tools and practices rather than research or generic training.

- Experience with AI coding tools, agentic development workflows, prompt engineering, code review automation, or internal developer platforms
- Experience building sample applications, SDK examples, workflow templates, or reference implementations
- Experience working with GitHub, CI/CD systems, Jira, internal developer portals, documentation platforms, or engineering productivity tools
- Experience helping organizations adopt new engineering practices at scale
