Job Summary
Design and implement AI-powered business solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI Foundry. Develop orchestration workflows with LangChain or Microsoft Agent SDK and integrate capabilities with Microsoft 365 services like Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook. Build custom AI applications, conduct workshops, and deliver demonstrations to stakeholders while ensuring alignment with enterprise governance and security standards. Contribute to architecture design, technical documentation, and proof of concepts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 environments
- Proven experience building AI agents or conversational solutions using Copilot Studio
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform, especially Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Experience with Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry
- Familiarity with LangChain, Microsoft Agent SDK, or similar agent orchestration frameworks
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, connectors, authentication, and enterprise integrations
- Experience with at least one programming or scripting language such as Python, TypeScript, or PowerShell
- Understanding of structured and unstructured data handling in AI solution design
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns and enterprise knowledge integration
- Familiarity with responsible AI, security, and governance frameworks
- Experience integrating AI solutions into Microsoft Teams or broader collaboration platforms
- Microsoft certifications in Azure AI, Power Platform, Azure, or Microsoft 365
- Previous consulting or customer-facing project delivery experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working in dynamic consulting or project-based environments
