Job Summary
As an AI Deployment Strategist, you will collaborate across customer success, sales, and engineering to ensure technical clarity in the sales process of our AI product. Responsibilities include supporting sales by addressing technical questions, managing customer due diligence, auditing user reports, creating tailored AI prompts, implementing technical solutions, maintaining CRM data hygiene, and advocating for customer needs within the engineering team. Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills, experience with AI SaaS tools, and are capable of managing complex workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Experience prompting and working with LLMs and AI SaaS tools
- Familiarity with enterprise information security concepts and due diligence processes
- Strong communicator who is commercially minded, customer-obsessed, and tech fluent
- Ability to project manage complex workflows and technical deliverables without writing production code
- Strong on keyboard skills, technically sharp, and eager to find a path to leveling up your coding skills
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience reviewing or writing investment memos or working as an investment analyst
- Previous roles in technical sales, solutions engineering, customer success, or AI implementation
- Familiarity with reporting tools, natural language outputs, or unstructured document processing
