Job Summary
Partner with senior customer leaders to establish AI strategic roadmaps and move applications from prototype through production. Deeply embed with sophisticated technical platform customers to serve as their thought partner in ideating novel applications on OpenAI APIs. Proactively guide customers on maximizing business impact and experiment with solutions to accelerate time to value. Forge relationships with customer leadership to ensure successful deployment and scale while contributing to open-source developer resources. Validate and deliver high-signal feedback to Product, Engineering, and Research teams. This role supports the Go To Market Technical Success team, driving frontier AI use cases for enterprises in customer service, content generation, and contextual search.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical consulting (or equivalent) experience
- Proficiency in Python
- Proficiency in JavaScript
- Experience building and/or delivering prototypes on top of an API platform
- Experience leading complex technical projects and programs with many stakeholders
- Ability to proactively identify opportunities for maximizing customers' business value through leveraging the OpenAI APIs
- Ability to own problems end-to-end
- Ability to pick up whatever knowledge is missing to get the job done
- Ability to operate with high horsepower
- Ability to be adept at frequent context switching
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once
- Ability to ruthlessly prioritize
