Job Summary
Embed deeply with sophisticated technical platform customers to serve as their thought partner in ideating and building novel applications on OpenAI APIs. Proactively guide clients on maximizing business impact from prototypes through production deployment, accelerating time to value. Experiment and prototype solutions with customers while forging relationships with their leadership to ensure successful scale. Contribute to open-source developer resources, codify best practices, and publish cookbooks to internal and external repositories. Validate and deliver high-signal feedback to Product, Engineering, and Research teams based on field insights.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical consulting (or equivalent) experience
- Proficiency in Python
- Proficiency in JavaScript
- Experience building and/or delivering prototypes on top of an API platform
- Experience leading complex technical projects and programs with many stakeholders
- Ability to proactively identify opportunities for maximizing customers' business value through leveraging APIs
- Ability to own problems end-to-end
- Ability to pick up missing knowledge to get the job done
- Ability to operate with high horsepower, adept at frequent context switching, working on multiple projects at once with expansive ownership, and ruthlessly prioritize
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and navigate ambiguity with ease
