Job Summary
Design and implement secure, scalable data, BI, and AI solutions aligned with business needs while evolving cloud-based data platform architectures. Translate evolving business requirements into concrete solution designs using architectural blueprints and support engineering teams throughout analysis and delivery. Automate data management processes, integrate computational data governance, and document key decisions via Architecture Decision Records to ensure transparency. You bring 4+ years of solution architecture experience and strong expertise in data warehousing, lakehouse architectures, and advanced SQL/Python. This role contributes to building a strategic, AI-oriented data platform within Luminus's energy sector, offering competitive compensation, home office setup, and flexible mobility options in Brussels.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in solution architecture
- 7+ years designing enterprise-scale data solutions
- strong potential, interest and eagerness to grow in the data and platform domain
- strong in data warehousing and lakehouse architectures
- data modelling and data product design
- fluent in advanced SQL
- fluent in Python
- experienced with data integration patterns such as batch, CDC, streaming and APIs
- hands-on experience with cloud data platforms on AWS
- experience with CI/CD
- experience with Infrastructure as Code
- solid exposure to AI/ML
- solid exposure to MLOps
- solid exposure to GenAI architectures
- experience with LLMs
