Job Summary
Senior AI & Data Engineer to build and own the data systems underpinning Tern's AI features and reporting. You will design and own the data pipelines, eval harnesses, monitoring, and ETL foundations that support production AI, while ensuring data quality end-to-end from ingestion to reporting. You will collaborate with the Data/AI Lead and other teams to deliver working software weekly, and you will own the data foundation that powers advisors and agency owners on the platform. The role emphasizes demonstrated execution, independent ownership, and building systems that scale as AI features become core to the product.
