Job Summary
AI & Data Engineer at Atlas Copco Group focused on HR data engineering and governance. You will design, build and optimize HR data pipelines, data models and semantic layers to enable secure, performant and maintainable analytics and AI-ready data across HR systems. You will develop the HR Data Hub, data integrations and APIs to ensure scalable, well-documented solutions with clear data ownership and access controls, while monitoring data quality and governance. The role emphasizes collaboration with key users and stakeholders to translate business needs into robust automation standards and data architecture that supports advanced analytics, predictive modeling and reliable reporting. A strong automation mindset, multi-language proficiency (Dutch and English), and interest in HR processes are essential; on-the-job training and onboarding are provided within an international, diverse environment.
Required Qualifications
- Professional proficiency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
- Strong engineering mindset with a passion for automation, process optimization and system improvement.
- Experience with or strong interest in data modeling, system logic and digital workflows.
- Affinity with HR processes and openness to further immersion in this domain.
- Ability to translate complex data or system concepts into practical solutions.
- Clear communication and collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
