Job Summary
Develop artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced analytics solutions that drive commercial growth and improve client experiences. Design, develop, evaluate, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions in partnership with engineering teams, building intelligent assistants, agentic workflows, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation applications. Establish experimentation, evaluation, and performance measurement frameworks to assess business impact while leveraging modern cloud and data orchestration frameworks. Champion responsible AI practices, model governance, security, and reliability standards across product, engineering, and business teams. This role requires a degree in a quantitative discipline and proficiency in Python, SQL, and generative AI techniques. Based in New York, NY, the position offers a salary range of $167,500 to $225,000 with a hybrid work model requiring four days in the office weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or another quantitative discipline
- Demonstrated ability to build and deploy AI and machine learning solutions in production environments
- Strong technical proficiency in Python, Structured Query Language (SQL), data engineering, and analytical platforms
- Demonstrated expertise in machine learning, statistics, experimentation, and predictive modeling
- Experience developing generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, natural language processing (NLP), and related techniques
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and responsible AI practices
- Required to work at least 4 days in the office per week
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degrees are a plus
- Experience in asset management, financial services, fintech, or modern cloud-based AI ecosystems
