Job Summary
Drive the AI agenda within Group Procurement by identifying opportunities to leverage AI Agents and process automation to strengthen Third Party Risk Management and Supplier Management propositions. Ensure data accuracy in support of audit or regulatory requests for information to provide submissions in a timely manner. Support the creation, embedding, and maintenance of AI technology solutions to support the overall success of Group Procurement and the Group-wide Business. This full-time contract runs through the end of 2026, transitioning to permanent status, with 2-3 days of office presence in either Edinburgh or Manchester.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced and demonstrable understanding of the Microsoft Power applications including Power Automate, Power Apps Forms and Power BI
- Advanced and demonstrable experience in the use of Agentic AI to deliver process simplification/automation, including CoPilot Studio
- Strong analytical skills – an ability to effectively interpret data and present insights using the latest technology
- Effective communicator - an ability to engage, collaborate and present creative ideas to improve ways of working
- Demonstrable understanding of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Supplier Management
- Demonstrable experience in the development of Agentic AI processes and Data Integrity

- Graduate calibre or relevant professional qualification desirable
