Job Summary
AI Customer Lifecycle Manager to orchestrate AI-powered customer engagement across onboarding, activation, renewals, upsell, and support escalations; lead development of usage analytics and reporting tools; collaborate cross-functionally to align Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product around AI-driven programs; build and optimize autonomous, personalized customer touchpoints using Salesforce, Gainsight, and other automation/analytics platforms; work either from Central Europe offices (Bratislava, Brno, Prague) or remotely from Central and Eastern Europe, with a focus on defining scalable customer programs and delivering measurable engagement improvements.
