Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain agentic AI systems and custom workflows tailored to the needs of the creative team. Act as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for all AI tools and platforms used by the Strategic Creative Services team, providing prompt engineering services to guide AI systems toward specific outcomes. Establish and manage a robust quality control process for all AI-enabled systems, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and ethical use. Partner with creative and marketing leadership to identify opportunities where AI can solve business challenges and improve the creative process, while training and mentoring team members on best practices. Stay current with advancements in generative AI and large language models, acting as a key advisor to the business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in computer science, Data Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or any other related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in a technology-focused role, with a proven track record of developing and implementing new systems
- Hands-on experience in building AI agents and agentic workflow applications or in major generative AI platforms, APIs, and large language models
- Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python) to create custom tools and integrations
- Experience in demonstrating projects where you have successfully applied AI or technology to solve creative or business problems
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Experience with React, HTML, CSS, and Javascript
- Experience working directly with or being embedded within a creative or marketing team
- Familiarity with the creative process and the tools used by designers, writers, and video producers
- Experience in the consumer-packaged goods and supply chain (CPG) industry
- Strong understanding of the ethical considerations and limitations of AI in a corporate environment
