Translate performance data into modular creative systems that drive attention and conversion across funnel stages, systematically testing variants to scale ad accounts. Manage the full production workflow from concept to final delivery, ensuring visuals are both aesthetically compelling and sales-focused. This role focuses on performance engineering for brands with complex customer journeys, utilizing a small, high-standard team to manage over €25 million in ad spend. You will work directly with Meta's Advantage+ and Andromeda targeting environments, where creative quality is the primary driver of success.
