Job Summary
Deliver SEO and GEO-optimised copy for Sports Direct, including product and brand landing pages, while editing and proofreading AI-generated content to ensure tone and brand alignment. Collaborate with the Content and SEO & GEO teams to drive content strategy, ideation, and execution against the wider calendar. Create long-form evergreen and demand-led content to drive organic traffic and citations, and assist in refining AI-generated long-form content and managing the AI product description tool. This role reports to the AI Content & Ops Lead. Candidates must possess strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, exceptional organisational abilities, and familiarity with AI writing tools and prompting.

- A strong writer with a clear grasp of grammar
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
- A meticulous eye for detail
- Strong research and analytical skills
- The ability to work independently and flexibly with a positive can-do mentality
- Culturally aware with a strong interest in sport
- Familiarity with AI writing tools and experience prompting
