Manage the entire editorial process from concept to launch, serving as the central point of contact for all content inquiries. Ensure quality by reviewing content for relevance, clarity, and usability, then continuously optimize based on feedback. Train customer editorial teams and support the maintenance of chatbot and AI systems. Analyze chatbot dialogue performance to derive actions that increase engagement and user satisfaction. Create guidelines, handbooks, and best-practice documents for content and AI workflows. Improve chatbot and AI applications through content analysis, targeted prompting, and LLM parameter adjustments.
