AI Content Integration Intern

Job Summary
Intern will prepare and validate KBA source files, convert Word KBAs into Markdown with project-specific formatting, review and fix Markdown/HTML outputs, align converted documents with the original PDF model, segment content for AI processing, populate grounding headers for vectorization, and refine AI-generated evaluation prompts. The role emphasizes confidentiality when handling proprietary materials and requires quick learning, attention to detail, clear communication, collaboration, and the ability to break down long technical documents into logical segments. Preferred qualifications include experience with Markdown/HTML content, exposure to AI concepts like chunking and vectorization, and background in technical writing or web content management.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technical Communication, Linguistics, or related field
- Comfort with Markdown
- Basic HTML/CSS familiarity
- Experience with MS Word Styles and Templates
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal English communication
