Job Summary
Repurpose raw photo and video footage into 20-100+ pieces of ready-to-publish social media content across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook using AI tools. Draft, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns with AI-assisted workflows for copy, segmentation, and timing. Create written content including captions, product descriptions, and blog outlines that align with the brand's emotionally driven, wellness-focused voice. Build systems to automate repetitive tasks and test new AI tools to improve content throughput without sacrificing authenticity. Collaborate with the existing marketing team to maintain a consistent content calendar ahead of fortnightly shoots. Produce TikToks, Reels, Shorts, and ads from single source materials while supporting content needs for a new sister brand launch.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation
- Demonstrated experience creating content for e-commerce, wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or similarly driven brands
- Strong written English with the ability to write in a warm, empathetic, feminine tone
- Hands-on experience with AI content tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut, Opus Clip, or similar)
- Experience with Shopify and email marketing platforms (Klaviyo or similar)
- Comfortable working across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Proactive, self-directed, and genuinely curious about emerging AI tools and techniques
- Philippines-based candidates
- Independent contractor engaged directly by the brand
- Monthly retainer paid via Wise
