Job Summary
Lead enterprise-wide AI adoption and business transformation initiatives by combining strategic consulting, program leadership, and AI solution design. Define scalable AI strategies, drive executive sponsorship, translate decisions into actionable delivery plans, design intelligent workflow solutions using agent-based and multi-agent architectures, and develop SOWs, project plans, and pricing strategies to ensure measurable business outcomes. Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, and stakeholders to assess transformation opportunities, define governance frameworks, and establish KPIs/OKRs. Drive profitability, resource utilization, and change management while shaping AI-enabled operating models and automation frameworks. The role emphasizes business transformation, management consulting, and deep AI knowledge, with responsibilities spanning roadmaps, governance, and program execution.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in AI transformation, consulting, or enterprise technology consulting
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Agent-Based Modeling, Multi-Agent Systems, and intelligent automation
- Experience engaging with senior executives and translating strategy into executable programs
- Experience designing and managing large-scale transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, contracts, and stakeholder management
- Ability to bridge business and technology conversations with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with modern AI ecosystems, enterprise workflows, and digital transformation methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
