Job Summary
Design and maintain AI-powered workflows and automation systems using platforms like Claude, OpenAI, and n8n. Develop AI agents, build integrations between AI systems and third-party platforms via APIs, and streamline repetitive tasks to improve operational efficiency. Analyze processes to identify automation opportunities, assist in implementing retrieval systems and prompt frameworks, and integrate AI tools into CRMs and project management systems. Support departments with AI enablement, optimize reporting, and handle testing, troubleshooting, and monitoring of AI initiatives. Maintain documentation for all automation logic and workflows. Required Qualifications
- Min 2.5 years experience in automation, AI workflows, software development, or related fields
- Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, or similar LLMs
- Experience building AI agents, prompts, and workflow automations
- Experience using tools such as n8n
- Experience using tools such as Zapier
- Experience using tools such as Make.com
- Experience using tools such as LangChain
- Experience using tools such as Retool
- Experience using tools such as Airtable
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- Basic to intermediate programming capability in Python or JavaScript
- This is a remote position
