Job Summary
Analyze customer requirements and develop custom GenAI, chatbot, and voicebot solutions, integrating them into existing CRM, ERP, or contact-center systems via APIs. Leverage Python and JavaScript expertise alongside prompt engineering to optimize application intelligence and efficiency. Lead workshops, deliver training, and manage projects from concept through go-live while troubleshooting complex support cases. Act as the primary contact for client projects, collaborating with internal and cross-border teams to provide technical advice on complex issues. Maintain clean documentation and ensure smooth integration within established system landscapes.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt in Künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) / Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Sicheres Programmieren in Python
- Erfahrung in der technischen Kundenbetreuung
- Ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenz
- Kenntnisse in modernen Softwareentwicklungsprozessen und -tools, einschließlich Git, Debugging, Testing und Dokumentation
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, lösungsorientierte Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und partnerschaftliche Beratung auf Augenhöhe
- Sichere Kommunikation in Deutsch (C1 oder muttersprachliches Niveau) und Englisch

- Nutzung von Prompt Engineering zur Verbesserung der Effizienz und Genauigkeit von KI-gestützten Anwendungen
- Verständnis moderner KI-Themen (LLMs, function calling, RAG, Text-to-Speech, Speech-to-Speech)
