Job Summary
Collaborate with customers to develop AI adoption roadmaps, identify use cases, and translate business problems into solution concepts with success metrics. Design AI agent solutions and workflows, defining integrations with enterprise systems like CRM, ERP, and APIs. Prepare specifications and documentation for delivery teams while supporting customer presentations and executive discussions. Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure agents are deployed and delivering high ROI. Stay current on emerging AI technologies and agentic trends. Join the London office to help enterprises launch high-value AI agents with measurable outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in business analysis, process design, value mapping, and discovery
- Familiarity with modern LLMs, AI agent architecture, and business process automation; comfort with APIs and integrations
- Experience in Solution Consulting, AI Consulting, Solution Implementation, Business Consulting, or a similar customer-facing role
- Hands-on experience designing or launching AI-powered solutions or AI agents
- Experience translating business requirements into solution designs
- Experience working with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and systems thinking
- Excellent spoken and written English
