Job Summary
Lead groups of up to 15 students through AI, coding, and technology-based curriculum activities, introducing concepts like prompt engineering, generative AI, and robotics via hands-on projects. Guide learners through creative problem-solving challenges while monitoring progress and adjusting strategies to maintain a positive, behavior-managed learning environment. Prepare for each session by reviewing curriculum and resources, then participate in mandatory training and staff meetings. Communicate professionally with parents regarding student experiences. This part-time role (6–30 hours/week) supports Snapology's mission to foster innovation in children's enrichment through interactive STEM education.
Required Qualifications
- Criminal and Child Clearances must be current
- 2 or more years of experience working with children in a classroom or camp environment
- Proven ability to report to work on a regular and punctual basis
