Job Summary
Lead, build and run your own AI startup with backing from a network of unicorn founders. Receive a salary during startup development or opt for up to €500k in funding, plus 1:1 sparring with top founders, access to a vast professional network, and coaching to reach product-market-fit and scale revenue toward €100M+. You’ll be supported in hiring, marketing, and go-to-market efforts, with funding assistance for a multi-million euro round within 12 months. You are based in Europe or the Americas or willing to relocate and must have excellent English communication to collaborate across international teams.
