AI Co-Founder / COO (100 % remote) (m/f/d)

AI Co-Founder / COO role leading and running a startup within a 100% remote structure. Responsible for building and scaling an entrepreneurial venture, with access to top founders and funding support, including coaching to achieve product-market-fit and a path toward multi-million funding rounds. Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocation; strong English communication skills required to engage with a global network and investors. Responsibilities include shaping strategy, hiring through the network, iterating product with founders to reach traction, and developing a sales/marketing engine to drive growth to €100M+ revenues. You will be supported by unicorn founders and a robust network to recruit, coach, and secure funding, while taking full ownership of the startup’s growth trajectory.
