Job Summary
Lead and operate as AI-focused Co-Founder/CEO, building and running a startup within a high-impact, founder-support network. Responsibilities include owning product strategy and growth initiatives, coordinating hiring through a large network, iterating towards product-market-fit with coaching from unicorn founders, and driving fundraising readiness to scale to multi-million euro rounds. You will receive structured personal development, access to top-tier founders and investors, and coaching to help you raise millions, while leveraging the network to build a sales/marketing engine and reach €100M+ revenues. The role requires strong English communication, strategic leadership, and a willingness to take full responsibility for a startup’s success across Europe or the Americas, with openness to relocation.
