Job Summary
Embed with the C-Suite to capture emerging initiatives and use AI to move priorities from conversation to output. Develop and own the organization's AI governance framework, including policies, standards, and guardrails for responsible use across US and Asia operations. Identify and prioritize high-ROI use cases across business functions, then build a library of approved workflows and playbooks to drive consistent adoption. Lead AI literacy initiatives and provide leadership with clear visibility into adoption metrics, time saved, and cost impact.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years deploying AI in a commercial or operational setting
- Daily hands-on experience with LLMs
- Daily hands-on experience with AI agents
- Daily hands-on experience with automation platforms
- Daily hands-on experience with prompt engineering
- Daily hands-on experience with retrieval-augmented workflows
- Proven ability to translate AI into business outcomes
- Strong project management skills
- Comfortable coaching executives
- Executive-level communication, written and verbal
- Comfort working across US and Asia time zones
- Supply chain or logistics background
- Consulting experience
- Degree in AI/CS/Data Science
Desired Qualifications
