Job Summary
Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases across business functions, then drive innovation through a discover, design, develop, and deploy model. Lead an embedded AI champion network by setting priorities, coaching change management, and chairing a cross-functional community of practice. Partner with Solutions Engineers to scope and pilot workflows using shared platform tools, while engaging enterprise vendors to deploy AI capabilities. Own change management by training colleagues, updating SOPs, and tracking adoption of new AI-assisted workflows. Monitor productivity and innovation impact for the AI Leadership Council and act as the business voice into the CoE roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years driving AI-led transformation within a large-scale organization
- Founder or early-stage startup experience
- Excellent fluency in AI/LLM concepts (prompting, limitations, appropriate use)
