Job Summary
Lead and manage AI and business systems transformation initiatives across multiple departments; evaluate existing processes for automation and optimization; research, implement, and integrate AI technologies, enterprise applications (ERP/CRM/BI) and workflow solutions to improve productivity, data management, and decision-making. Translate business requirements into technical and operational solutions; manage ERP/CRM/BI implementations, project scope, timelines, resources, testing, and user adoption; oversee integration and optimization of enterprise systems; develop process documentation and standards; monitor metrics to measure transformation impact; collaborate with IT, operations, finance, sales, and other departments; provide training and change management to promote adoption; ensure data security, privacy, and policy compliance; stay abreast of AI trends and manage vendor relationships; prepare status reports for senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in MIS, IT, business systems, ERP, or digital transformation
- Experience leading internal system improvements, automation, reporting, workflow optimization, or AI adoption
- Experience working across departments such as Sales, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Management
- Technical knowledge of ERP, CRM, databases, reporting tools, and internal IT systems
- Knowledge of AI tools, automation platforms, data analytics, and business process improvement
- Ability to evaluate and implement AI solutions safely and practically
- Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills
- Ability to train employees and drive adoption, not just install tools
- Leadership qualities: professional, accountable, hands-on, proactive
