Job Summary
Senior Analyst in AI Business Performance & Insights responsible for measuring business performance, surfacing actionable quantitative and qualitative insights, and informing leadership decisions. Connects performance data, employee sentiment, and feedback loops to assess progress against expectations and identify opportunities to improve impact, adoption, and results. Acts as a thought partner to leaders, translating data into insight and action, and reinforcing data standards to support automation and AI-driven capabilities. Responsibilities include designing and governing performance frameworks, managing KPIs and scorecards, synthesizing quantitative and qualitative inputs, creating executive-ready narratives, designing feedback mechanisms for employee sentiment, partnering with leaders to close loops with measurable improvements, and enabling scalable, governed data for AI initiatives. Strategic partnership and influence across analytics, operations, change, and communications to align insights with adoption strategies; success seen in clear visibility into performance, timely and actionable insights, and measurable business improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in business performance measurement, analytics, or insights-driven roles
- Background in digital, product, operations, or strategy environments (preferred)
- Experience with employee engagement, sentiment analysis, or organizational effectiveness (preferred)
- Experience with change management, adoption measurement, or transformation initiatives (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to combine quantitative data with qualitative insight to inform decisions
- Experience designing and interpreting KPIs, scorecards, and performance frameworks
- Proven skill in translating data into clear, compelling insights for senior leaders
- Experience using data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., dashboards, survey platforms, BI tools)
