Job Summary
AI Business Partner acts as the front door between business units and the AI builders/developers, helping shape AI use cases, requirements, and success criteria before anything is built. Lead discovery with stakeholders to clarify problem statements, translate business needs into actionable requirements, partner with AI developers to shape solution approaches, drive adoption and change management to maximize value, measure ROI from pilot through scale, and ensure responsible AI usage with governance guardrails, privacy and security reviews, and escalation of risks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship
- Willingness to travel to assigned business locations / sites, as needed
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment while embedded with a business unit and reporting through Technology
