Job Summary
Ensuring effective governance and coordination across AI control tower functions. Establishing, maintaining, and improving blueprints and processes for AI operations. Enforcing governance, monitoring AI performance, and managing compliance. Requires experience in business analysis, process design, and AI risk management. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills and experience coordinating virtual teams.
Required Qualifications
- Completed studies in Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields, ideally with a background in AI governance
- Professional experience in conducting business analysis, process design, and quality assurance within AI or technology-driven environments
- Strong understanding of AI risk management and compliance, including IT security-by-design principles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy, specifically regarding process blueprints and control frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate effectively across multiple teams and business functions
- Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time for work
Desired Qualifications
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. C1 level)
- Knowledge of German and Polish is a plus
- Experience with AI use cases in administrative business functions such as Finance, HR, Purchasing, Sales, and Logistics SCM is a strong advantage
- Experience in managing or coordinating virtual teams or decentralized organizational units is considered an asset
