Job Summary
AI Automation Lead role combining business process consulting, client advisory, automation strategy, and department leadership. Lead workshops with executives, map and assess business processes to identify AI/automation opportunities, and guide AI-driven transformation. Responsible for growing the AI Automations practice, managing project flow, and shaping long-term strategy while delivering client-ready solutions and thought leadership through content creation (e.g., LinkedIn, short-form videos). Emphasizes executive-level collaboration, leveraging AI to improve efficiency and outcomes, and building a high-impact, growth-focused practice.
