AI Business Analyst

Job Summary
Engage business stakeholders to identify challenges and translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery requirements for AI, automation, and data solutions. Assess use cases based on business value and feasibility, then build or configure low-code solutions using Microsoft platforms like Power Automate and Power Apps. Support adoption across APAC by leading workshops, creating enablement materials, and tracking usage metrics via Power BI. Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams throughout delivery, ensuring solutions align with governance standards. This 3-year fixed term contract in Singapore targets candidates with 3-5 years of experience in business analysis and Microsoft tools.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary institution/ bachelor's degree (Business, information systems, data analytics, computer science, engineering, digital transformation, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years working experience
- Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders
- Experience translating business problems into clear technical, process or data requirements
- Experience with process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria and backlog support
- Experience supporting adoption, enablement, training, workshops or change activities
- Experience building simple solutions using Microsoft tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio or Microsoft 365
- Understanding of AI, automation and data concepts
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences
- Proactive approach to identifying opportunities, supporting users and driving solution adoption
- Experience working in agile or collaborative delivery environments
- 0-1 years Formal people management experience
