Job Summary
Build AI agents, evaluation systems, training workflows, and AI development environments. Lead AI projects from idea discovery through prototype, deployment, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with engineering, product, and research teams to deliver scalable AI solutions while working with stakeholders to transform workflows into AI-powered products. Create reusable AI tools, frameworks, and automation systems. This role requires experience in applied ML, AI systems, or product engineering, with strong programming skills in Python, Java, C++, TypeScript, or JavaScript. Must be a US citizen or green card holder working on-site in New York City.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in applied ML, AI systems, reinforcement learning, or product engineering.
- Strong understanding of ML fundamentals, evaluation methods, training, and quality measurement.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C++, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Experience building and shipping real AI products or technical systems.
- Ability to identify high-value AI use cases and develop practical solutions.
- Strong ownership mindset with a track record of delivered projects.
- Must be able to work on-site in New York City.
