Job Summary
Design AI agents that take real actions for Fortune 500 companies by architecting prompts, reasoning flows, and tool calls using the Agentforce platform. Develop and deploy scalable production systems in JavaScript, Python, and Apex while collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn business challenges into agentic solutions. Partner directly with customers to deliver real-time impact, iterating through testing, debugging, and shipping cycles from day one. Work 25-50% of the time traveling to client environments to observe code in action, supported by mentorship and access to leading AI development tools.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline
- AI native who has been deep in LLMs and prompt engineering
- Fluency in React
- Fluency in TypeScript
- Fluency in GraphQL
- Fluency in Python
- Fluency in OOP
- Fluency in Real-Time Infra
- Ability to hold your own in a room with sales teams and customers
- Sharp problem-solving instincts
- Relentless initiative
