AI Builder, Emerging Talent - Spanish Market: Embedded with customer-facing teams to design, develop, and deploy AI agent solutions for real customers using JavaScript, Python, and Apex. Work in a builder pod to collaborate across a cross-functional team, delivering real-time customer impact from day one. You’ll design agent intelligence, prompts, reasoning, and tool calls within the Agentforce platform, iterate and deploy production systems, and partner with clients to turn business challenges into agentic solutions. You’ll be mentored with an onboarding buddy and have opportunities to shadow senior developers while developing both technical depth and sales skills. This role requires you to be an AI-native engineer with a CS background, fluent in Spanish and English, comfortable traveling 25-50% to work directly with customers, and excited to grow rapidly in a first-of-its-kind AI Builder New Grad cohort.
