AI/BI Analyst

Job Summary
AI/BI Analyst responsible for identifying analytics, tooling, and reporting needs across Finance, Revenue Ops, and FP&A; develops and maintains self-service automated reporting using Power BI and AI tools; collaborates with IIT and stakeholders to improve customer-centricity, functionality, and reporting outputs; keeps up-to-date with AI/BI tools and recommends new approaches; monitors data integrity across multiple data sources; translates business needs into roadmap features and supports daily finance/business user troubleshooting; coordinates user training on new reporting tools and processes; develops project management skills to support growth in a hybrid work environment at Criteo Barcelona.
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in AI, BI, data analytics or/and finance
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field or in Business/Finance with equivalent practical experience
- SQL proficiency
- Experience with Power BI and enterprise AI platforms/tools
- Proven experience building and scaling agentic AI solutions
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Keen intellectual curiosity with autonomous problem-solving
