Job Summary
AI Automation Specialist focused on designing, building, and deploying scalable AI-powered workflows to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency. Responsible for building real automations, integrating systems and APIs, deploying workflows used in day-to-day operations, and improving speed, accuracy, and scalability. Must connect systems, workflows, APIs, and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude/Anthropic, Gemini/Google AI) across operations, customer support, marketing, and HR. Emphasizes end-to-end automations, system-thinking, and clear communication to stakeholders; documents triggers, logic, dependencies, and outputs; collaborates with non-technical teams and continuously optimizes performance. Success measured by the number of automated workflows, reduction in manual workload, uptime/reliability, and overall efficiency improvements.
