Job Summary
Analyze, document, and optimize end-to-end finance processes while identifying and prioritizing AI use cases with cross-functional teams. Design and iteratively improve AI agent workflows, prototypes, and MVPs, then implement technical solutions involving API integrations, data orchestration, and dashboard creation to track KPIs. Collaborate closely with senior experts and external partners to deploy solutions into production, continuously advancing skills in AI, RPA, and automation technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL mit Tech-Schwerpunkt oder vergleichbar
- 2+ Jahre Erfahrung in Prozessoptimierung, Automation oder AI/ML
- Grundverständnis von APIs, Datenstrukturen und Programmierlogik
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen mit Python, SQL oder ähnlichen Sprachen
- Erfahrung mit LLMs, Prompt Engineering, AI-Tools oder RPA-/Low-Code/No-Code-Plattformen
- Fließend in Englisch
- Analytisches Denken
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Souveräne Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern
