Job Summary
AI & Automation Project Manager to lead a portfolio of internal AI and automation initiatives across Gravity Global. Bridge business stakeholders and AI/Automation engineers to translate operational pain points into automation or AI opportunities, driving projects from discovery through delivery. Responsibilities include discovering and analyzing requests, understanding business processes, identifying inefficiencies, facilitating stakeholder workshops, documenting requirements and use cases, collaborating with engineers to assess feasibility and risk, owning end-to-end project management (scopes, milestones, timelines, dependencies), coordinating internal communications and releases, and measuring impact (time saved, cost reduction, productivity gains).
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a project manager on cross-functional project
- Strong understanding of process optimization, workflow design, and automation concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to structure ambiguous requests into actionable plans.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) with international stakeholders.
- Strong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with collaboration/project tools (e.g., Asana, MS Teams, Zoom).
- Agile mindset with iterative delivery and continuous feedback
