AI Automation Junior Specialist

Job Summary
Monitor chatbot and voicebot performance to identify logic and response issues, then analyze incidents to distinguish between prompt-related and technical problems. Test bot scenarios, document results, and maintain existing Power Automate workflows while optimizing instructions for LLM models. Prepare simple performance reports in Power BI and create documentation for user guides and process descriptions. This junior, support-oriented role focuses on quality and stability for AI solutions using Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft 365. Based in Rzeszów or Poznań, you will collaborate with an international team to support the development of new functionalities and improvements to existing digital payment tools.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or student status (Computer Science, Data Analytics, Automation, or related fields)
- Basic knowledge of chatbots/voicebots and process automation
- Basic knowledge of Power Automate
- Ability to work with data (Excel, CSV, SharePoint)
- Basic familiarity with API testing tools (e.g. Postman)
- General understanding of LLMs, RAG, and prompt-based workflows
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Analytical and logical thinking
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work with documentation
- Good time management and communication skills
- Curiosity about technology and motivation to grow in the AI and automation domain
