Job Summary
Hands-on AI automation and IT systems architect role based in Newmarket, NH. You will personally design, code, deploy, integrate, and support the systems that connect ERP, warehouse, production, and sales tools, with a focus on proof automation, AI-assisted color separations, and automated design generation for client selection. Build and own end-to-end integrations and automation across production graphics, ERP, warehouse management, and sales prospecting, while ensuring scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability. Collaborate closely with production, warehouse, graphics, and sales teams; require local commuting to the Newmarket office. Core tasks include designing and deploying integrations via APIs/middleware, automating workflows, and delivering tangible systems (proof automation MVP, ERP integrations, AI-assisted workflows) within a hands-on, on-site capacity. Preferred background in art/production graphics and familiarity with design pipelines, but primary requirements center on hands-on development, system integration, and IT fundamentals.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on builder experience—shipping internal systems people actually rely on
- Proven experience integrating systems via APIs, middleware, or custom workflows
- Proficiency with automation, scripting, APIs, or lightweight application development
- Ability to turn fragmented, messy workflows into reliable, connected systems
- Solid IT and systems fundamentals (Microsoft 365, access control, troubleshooting)
- Ability and willingness to work on-site and collaborate in person with operational teams
