Job Summary
This AI & Automation Intern role supports procurement operations by driving workflow transformation, process automation, and AI-enabled improvements. Responsibilities include mapping end-to-end business flows, designing prototypes for automation and AI-assisted workflows in Workday, conducting stakeholder interviews, and documenting processes. Ideal candidates should be pursuing relevant fields such as Business Analytics or Computer Science and possess strong structured thinking and communication skills. They will gain exposure to enterprise P2P environments and receive mentorship while delivering a project with measurable operational impact.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing Business Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Finance/Accounting, or similar
- Comfortable with ambiguity and asking sharp questions to uncover how work really happens
- Strong structured thinking: can break down complex processes into clean workflows and decision rules
- Confident communicator: can align stakeholders and tell a clear transformation story
Desired Qualifications
- Process mapping (BPMN, Visio/Miro)
- Data skills (Excel, Power BI; SQL is a plus)
- Workflow/RPA interest (Workday workflows, Power Automate/UiPath familiarity)
- Applied AI/LLM interest (prompting, classification, summarization, human-in-loop design)
