Job Summary
Lead the design, development, and support of automation solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, and AI assistants to streamline recurring finance activities and improve reporting efficiency. Automate Excel workflows, data validation routines, and analysis templates while partnering with stakeholders to identify process improvements and adopt standardized operating procedures. Develop prompts, scripts, and lightweight internal tools that enhance consistency across the Global FP&A Center of Excellence and advance automation governance frameworks. Manage one Finance process for the Global Commercial Organization, requiring a degree in a technical or finance field, 2-4 years of automation experience, and daily proficiency with AI tools. Must be local to Illinois for a hybrid role with three days in the office.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Finance or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in data, business analysis, automation, or related technical roles
- Daily proficiency using AI tools
- Demonstrated ability to use AI to automate tasks, analyze data, and generate financial insights
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot and AI assistants such as Anthropic Claude, GPT, Gemini
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort with workflow optimization
- Ability to translate business needs into practical, efficient solutions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Must be local to Illinois
- Role is hybrid with 3 days in the office required
