Job Summary
Build and maintain automation workflows using n8n, Make.com, or Zapier to connect internal systems like CRM, email, and ticketing. Leverage LLM APIs and prompt engineering to automate report drafting, data extraction, and research tasks. Develop internal AI tools including RAG-based assistants and dashboards that teams use daily. Identify repetitive manual processes and convert them into reliable automated pipelines while cleaning and parsing structured and unstructured data. Test, document, and iterate on every build to ensure trust and reusability. Start shipping real automations from week one while working directly with the founder to find optimization opportunities.
