Job Summary
Hands-on AI & Automation Engineer to design, build, and optimize integrations, automations, and AI-driven workflows powering enterprise data and business operations. Own the Workato automation stack and develop resilient data pipelines between Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, Slack. Architect agentic systems, implement error handling and governance, and deliver measurable improvements in data accessibility, system efficiency, and operational performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable automated solutions, covering integration development, data modeling, and AI-enabled capabilities; contribute to observability, documentation, and governance of enterprise pipelines.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in integration, automation, AI, software or data engineering
- 1+ year hands-on experience with Workato
- Enterprise iPaaS experience (Workato, Mulesoft, or similar)
- Proficiency designing/implementing integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, Slack, and Snowflake
- Hands-on ETL/ELT, data modeling, SQL/T-SQL, and programming (Python, Ruby, or JavaScript)
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Snowflake Cortex Search, pgvector
- Experience with AI/ML concepts and AI workflows in enterprise environments
- APIs and programming languages to build and maintain scalable enterprise integrations
- GCP or AWS cloud platform experience preferred
- GitHub, Jira, Confluence for versioning/tracking/documentation
- Strong problem-solving and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Snowflake, Salesforce, NetSuite proficiency; strong architectural and automation design skills
- Motivation to learn new technologies and innovate in automation
- Certifications preferred: Workato Automation Pro or SnowPro
