Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain production-ready AI agents using Claude Code to handle complex business workflows across multiple companies. Develop modular agent-based systems, reusable frameworks, and event-driven automation using n8n, Make, and APIs to integrate CRMs, marketing platforms, and internal databases. Optimize agent performance, reliability, and token usage while implementing observability, monitoring, and structured outputs. Analyze operational workflows to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions supporting marketing, reporting, and customer operations. Collaborate with leadership to prioritize initiatives and document architecture best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience building AI-powered applications, automation systems, or intelligent workflows
- Strong experience with Claude Code and AI-assisted development
- Solid programming skills in Python
- Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and Git
- Experience building AI agents and multi-agent workflows
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n or Make
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and structured outputs
- Experience integrating multiple SaaS platforms using APIs and webhooks
- Understanding of LLM architecture and AI workflow design
- Experience debugging, testing, and optimizing AI systems
- Familiarity with deployment concepts such as Docker, cloud environments, and scalable infrastructure
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong written and verbal English communication
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with vector databases and embeddings
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools
- Knowledge of AI evaluation and benchmarking techniques
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, or business systems
- Experience within eCommerce, SaaS, or subscription-based businesses
- Understanding of SEO, marketing automation, or growth systems
