Job Summary
Design, build, and deploy AI-driven automation solutions using Power Automate, UiPath, and Azure AI Services to optimize business processes. Develop end-to-end automation pipelines that integrate data, APIs, and RPA while ensuring reliability and monitoring of existing systems. Analyze requirements to identify automation opportunities, create proof of value with stakeholders, and provide technical guidance to business users and citizen developers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, manage risks, and support the organization's digital transformation strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years + of related experience with automation development and AI/ML solutions or an equivalent combination of relevant practical experience
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted workflows
- Familiarity with REST APIs, data integration concepts, or workflow orchestration is a must
- Experience working in cross-functional business environments with rapid solution deployment
- Demonstrated success in leading automation initiatives from concept through implementation
- Project management experience, with a focus on AI and Automation projects
- Deep knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Copilot)
- Knowledge of Azure services (Azure AI, Azure Data Factory; Azure Functions/Azure Foundry)
- Experience with UiPath or similar RPA tools
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS)
- Proficiency in one or more languages: SQL, Java, Python, R, C#, PowerFx, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and integration patterns
- Understanding of ETL/ELT, data warehousing concepts, and data modeling
- Analytical thinking: Ability to break down complex processes and identify automation opportunities
- Problem-solving mindset: Creativity in building solutions that simplify and accelerate workflows
- Communication skills: Ability to translate technical concepts into business language
- Stakeholder management: Confident in engaging with business leaders and guiding decision-making
- Adaptability & curiosity: Comfortable learning new technologies and adapting to evolving environments

Desired Qualifications
- Strong enthusiasm and implementation experience for Artificial Intelligence, AI Agents, Automation, and Digital Transformation, with hands-on or academic experience
- Interest or initial exposure to cloud-based AI services, such as: Google Cloud AI / Vertex AI or AWS AI & ML services (e.g., Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda for automation scenarios)
- Programming knowledge in Python, SQL, or R, ideally applied to data analysis, automation, or AI-related tasks
- Experience or strong interest in Data Analytics, with hands-on exposure to Power BI considered a plus
- Preferred certifications: Microsoft Power Platform Developer / Solution Architect
- UiPath RPA Developer
- Azure AI Engineer or Azure Data Engineer
